[gaim-migrate @ 14309] Patch from charkins to fix potential problems with the buddy list becoming invisible with no way to restore visiblity. 	* Renamed "conversation-drag-end" to "conversation-dragging" and emit
		before the conv. window swap happens. This prevents the old conv window
		from being freed before the signal emits.
	* "buddy-typing" and "buddy-typing-stopped": replaced the GaimConversation*
		with GaimAccount*, const char *name.  Also, the signal is now emitted
		regardless of whether a conversation exists	and regardless of whether
		the user is on the buddy list.
