Fix up the ChangeLog, add missing items, "de-credit" Mark from changes he made to MySpace (since we don't typically credit developers in the ChangeLog) and write some NEWS!

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
