[gaim-migrate @ 6554] Make IRC not give an assertion failed error when parting. I guess it's valid to not have an account associated with a chat? Right? IRC has other problems with chat windows being open after parting. The send button is grayed out, but you can still hit enter to send stuff. committer: Tailor Script <[e-mail]>
