[gaim-migrate @ 10436] Prevent nick changes from showing up in channels where the user is not present. I think this showed up because the new chatlist stuff doesn't check to see if a user is present before mucking with it ... and this solution is slower than solving it there, but arguably we shouldn't be trying to rename users that don't exist.
