[gaim-migrate @ 10104] Some dnd fixes (I hope). I think this should also allow receivng HTML drops, but I can't figure out why it doesn't from Mozilla. It seems Mozilla is giving the text as a link, but I'm not sure why. Maybe it's a Mozilla bug? Maybe it's my bug. Hopefully someone else can take a look at it.
