diff libpurple/plugins/perl/common/Debug.xs @ 16739:39c7bb133a9f

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Remove the const-c and const-xs stuff and replace it with real constants exposed to perl.
