I'm committing this so it doesn't get lost in a tragic hard drive accident or something. It's nowhere near finished. The code is pretty bad and I haven't touched it (except for API updates) in probably six or seven months. It was some of the first code I ever wrote for Gaim, so no making fun of me. If you have a desire to work on it, be my guest. :)
