annotate PLUGIN_HOWTO @ 22780:1de2fa8be76b

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Remove the undocumented default binding (ctrl+g) to start ignoring keybindings. This is not really useful yet, and causes a huge lot of confusion.
