diff vaapi_mpeg2.c @ 9743:f36c5b72c4e3 libavcodec

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Remove "#if CONFIG_ZLIB" checks from lclenc.c, the file is never compiled if zlib is not available.
