diff utils.c @ 11156:81ef4df2c774 libavcodec

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Also skip direct/mvd_cache init for skiped blocks. Odd thing is i thought ive tryed this already and it failed previously.
