diff Makefile @ 3586:2194398c2c0f libavcodec

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Move all internal -I parameters to the front of CFLAGS to avoid using external header files that happen to have the same name as internal ones.
